Strict cancellation policy allows guests to receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before a listing’s check-in time. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours, the guest is only entitled to 50% refund, regardless of how far out the check-in date is.

Yes, we do provide discounts for extended stays. This is subject to the season. You can always inquire through our contact page for further assistance.

Pet’s are allowed upon approval for the listings that are pet friendly. Not all our listings are pet friendly. A $150 pet fee will be charged per pet. You will see on the listing details whether or not the property is pet friendly.

Yes, we do allow early check ins and late checkout on approval. There will be an additional $50 charge every hour.

You will be sent your check in instructions after successful completion of the secure guest portal. This will outline the details of check in and access to the door code. This will be sent 8hrs before check in time. There is no one at the property to allow access you will gain access through the smart lock. 

To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All guests must agree to our terms of service. By confirming the reservation you agree to the following: You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.
